At Fragrance World, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the original, unopened fragrance bottle in its authentic packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with protective padding to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your full refund or ship your replacement fragrance within 5-7 business days.
